Choose to be grateful

Thanksgiving is different this year. COVID restrictions have limited our ability to be with family and friends, go about normal activities, created economic hardships, fear, and isolation for many. However, there is still much to be grateful for no matter who you are. What you focus on is a choice, not something that happens to you and at any moment you can choose to focus on the things you do have that make you feel happy, comfortable, loved, or wealthy. You can call loved ones, go for a walk/run, thank the grocery clerk, enjoy a meal, bottle of wine, or write a thank you email to your employees/employer/clients. There is much to be happy and thankful for. You just need to choose to see it and focus on it!
