Continuous Improvement Workshop

What can a continuous improvement system do for your organization?

No organization grows without steady and consistent improvement. Unfortunately, many leaders and organizations are tactically reactive and don't have a system to drive consistent improvement and strategy execution.   The best leaders focus on both tactical operations and strategic business building. In the Continuous Improvement System Workshop, participants learn how to balance tactical operations while driving strategy and improvement effectively. Participants learn how to develop strategic and tactical plans, how to balance working on vs. in the business, and how to conduct a quarterly performance improvement review.

An improvement cycle is the 90-day window between quarterly reviews. During the improvement cycle, business leaders are responsible for advancing or completing quarterly milestones established by their plans. Business leaders create their vision, plan, and quarterly milestones and are accountable for doing what they say they will do. An individual performer or a small team leader will likely have modest quarterly milestones based on their limited time, access to talent, and investment resources. The leader of a large organization will likely have more aggressive quarterly milestones based on having dedicated staff, access to specialized talent, and investment resources.

The continuous improvement plan and quarterly milestones always reflect the size of the organization and the leader's resources. Regardless of the size and status of the organization, some demonstrable action, and forward progress is required every 90 days.

Target Audience: Founders, C Suite Executives, Market Facing Product, Service and Geography Leaders.
